I've always been inspired by the strong visuals in this quote. When I began drawing thumbnails (little sketches) for this, I really wanted to steer away from the obvious. Wouldn't it insult your imagination if I drew a cute little angel bending over the grass? I simply wanted to show the presence of the angel nearby-- a feather that happened to fall from the wing.
